What's in it. Eucalyptus radiata for airway opening and mental refresh. Rosemary ct. camphor for memory and alertness — backed by more peer-reviewed research than almost any other essential oil. Peppermint for the immediate cooling, clarifying hit that most people associate with 'waking up.' Nothing else. No carrier oil, no fragrance extender, no filler.

How to use it. Diffuse 4–6 drops for 30–60 minutes. Apply 1–2 drops to wrists or temples diluted 2–3% in a carrier oil. Add 2 drops to your shower floor for a steam inhalation. The scent dissipates quickly — this is not a room fragrance.
