A body oil that does three things well: absorbs without residue, moisturises without occlusion, and delivers actives that work on the skin rather than sitting on top of it.

The base. Jojoba is technically a liquid wax — its molecular structure mirrors the skin's own sebum, which is why it absorbs cleanly rather than leaving a film. Sweet almond oil adds oleic acid for deep moisture without heaviness. Marula oil is the premium addition — exceptionally high in oleic acid and antioxidants, genuinely fast-absorbing, justifiably expensive. Most brands use it as a marketing ingredient at trace levels. We use it at 15%.

The actives. Chamomile CO2 extract for anti-inflammatory effect and mild skin calming. Frankincense essential oil (Boswellia carterii) for its well-documented effect on cortisol-stressed skin — and its scent, which is grounding in a way that most people find difficult to explain and universally find pleasant.
